Susan's Corner Store was gutted by fire late Monday night and early Tuesday morning. Rainy River Fire Dept. was called to the scene just before midnight and later Dawson Township's fire dept.

There were firemen from Dawson, RR, police and ambulance on the scene Monday/Tues. around midnight when Susan's Corner Store burned down.

This lone firefighter held their post for a long time fighting the flames that gutted Susan's Corner Store early Tuesday morning in Rainy River.
