Marilyn McAlister of Rainy River won one of the beautifully painted Chairs for Charity at the 9th Annual RR Alzheimer's Linda Johnston Memorial Dinner Saturday. She is seen here, left, receiving the chair, painted by Vivian Locking, from Kenora-RR Alzheimer Society Exec. Director Lynn Moffatt. The Chairs for Charity raffle raised a record $687 this year! Other winners were: Rocking chair-Gregg Armistead, Cradle/kid's rocker-Andre Bremault and Kids potty chair-Holly Hanson.
