Police Report: Power knocked out in Emo by car accident

On July 7, 2014 at approximately 1:10am, officers of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision that occurred on Highway 11 near Kitchener Street, Emo, ON. A vehicle had struck a hydro pole resulting in loss of power within the Township of Emo. The power has since been restored.
