Kids MBI and MBI Golf champs crowned

36 kids entered the MBI one hour derby on Sunday at the Morson Government Dock. Quickly defending champ Patrick Vogan of Sleeman, showed he was determined to win again catching two fish right away.
In the end there were 10 fish in total caught and Patrick won his 4th consecutive kids MBI title! Both Vogan and Ally Weatherburn received prizes for winning the tournament and largest fish respectively. All other participants received prize bags and tournament t-shirts.
Golf champ
The 2nd Annual MBI Spruce Creek golf tournament saw a dozen golfers compete in stroke play.
In the end it was Dave Granzow winning with a nine hole score of 43. He also won a prize for fewest putts.
