Bill Langner gets first hole-in-one at Spruce Creek!

After 4 years of operation, Spruce Creek Golf Course, in Morson, had its first hole-in-one on September 1, 2010. Bill Langner, from Rainy River, was playing with Wes Blight, also from Rainy River. Bill knew the ball landed on the green on the par 3, 137 yard #7 but thought it might have had enough momentum to roll all the way across the green and land in the bunker on the other side. Wes thought it went in and he was right! Bill, a member at Spruce Creek, has been playing a lot this summer and it has paid off for him. Now he can join the small group of golfers that can say they have hit a hole-in-one.
