Library offering summer reading program for kids

The Rainy River Public Library is fired up for summer reading. Our theme this summer is DRAGONS, BOOKS AND QUESTS. We want kids to start off by designing a dragon for us. It can be a drawing or made from stuff at home or built from Lego. FIRE UP YOUR IMAGINATION!
When kids sign up for the summer reading program they will receive an activity book, a poster and stickers. Children can record all the books they have read in the logbook and then come to the library during the week to discuss those books and enter our free draws.
Each week there will be a new activity in the library as well as a special event in July and one in August. It will be a summer of fun and surprises.
Just a reminder our annual book sale will be held on Friday, July 30th from 10:00 - 4:00 p.m.
