Thanks to our school kids for helping keep the town clean

Dear Editor,
We would like to express our gratitude to the Riverview Elementary School students for their efforts to keep our town clean during Pitch-In week. Let’s keep the momentum going!
On June 21st, we will be holding a recycling depot in the parking lot at the west end of the highschool from 8:00 am until noon. The Rainy River District Field Naturalists will be sponsoring a draw for a $25.00 gift certificate from KGB Sports. The draw is open to any student who brings a box of recycling to the depot. Items that can be recycled include aluminum and steel cans, paper, plastics, and corrugated cardboard.
Please help us in our efforts to keep recycling. We will hold another depot in August.
