Running for RR Town council: Wes Blight

Political/Community Experience:
Past councillor for Worthington Township, Past President of RR Recreation Board, current President of RR Curling Club and current Chairperson of the Rainy River Walleye Tournament.

Why are you running for office?
To improve the town in any way possible.

What do you think is the biggest challenge facing Rainy River?
Probably the biggest challenge is to maintain the town as it is now and perhaps get the people of the town to appreciate Rainy River and keep it a good town.

If elected what do you plan to do about it?
Work with the elected council to better the town.

Do you have a plan or platform you are running on?
My plan is to keep the taxpayers in Rainy River happy and satisfied.
