Open house for line worker program is Thursday

There will be a special Visit Day in Baudette on Thursday, Nov. 18, for anyone interested in the Electrical Line Worker diploma and other programs offered through Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
An M State enrollment specialist will be available from 5-7 p.m. at the North Star Electric Cooperative, 441 State Highway 172 NW in Baudette.
In August, M State – Wadena began offering its Line Worker program at a satellite site in Baudette. During the Visit Day, information will be available about enrolling in the Baudette Line Worker program, as well as other programs at M State’s four campuses and online.
M State has more than 120 academic and career programs at its campuses in Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls Moorhead and Wadena. Nearly 200 courses and 22 online majors and programs are available through its eCampus online education program.
