Library to used automated telephone reminders

Rainy River – The Rainy River Public Library is pleased to introduce you to “Savana,” the new voice of the library!
Savana is the library’s computer-operated phone system.
She will be calling you to let you know when a book you have requested is ready for pick-up.
Savana will also call to let you know if you have an item overdue, or an outstanding fine.
Savana has been programmed to phone the home number we have on file for you.
If your phone number has changed recently, please contact the library at 807.852.3375 to update your information.
When the library is closed, you can also phone Savana at 1.705.479.5389 to renew your books or check on your library account.
You will need your library card number and PIN number.
Note that Savana lives in Sudbury, so her phone number is long distance from Rainy River.
Don’t forget: you can see your library account and renew your items anytime on-line. No charge!
