Time to buy memorial baskets and/or fence sections

Spring is here! The Rainy River Beautification Committee met on April 11 at the Drop-in-Centre. We are again offering memorial flower baskets to be placed at the cemetery, along the highway and down Main Street.
The memorial baskets are to remember loved ones and make our town beautiful. We need your help!
In the past we have offered Memorial trees as well, however this year we want to assist in putting a beautiful wrought iron fence along the front of our cemetery. The costs are 3ft for $100. There will be a plaque with the names of those remembered.
The baskets and fencing can be purchased at the town office or at the Rainy River Trade Show. Thank you for the continued support of the Beautification Committee.
This year park clean up will be during the week of May 16th.
The next meeting of the Beautification Committee will be May 2 at 5 p.m. at the Drop-in-Centre.
