Local man faces serious charges

Further to the incident on April 2, 2011 at the Rainy River Legion, Don Ivall of Rainy River was charged with the following:
1) CC 264.1(1)(A) Utter threat to cause death.

2) CC 88 Posesse weapon for dangerous purpose
3) CC 253(1)(A) Impaired Operation
4) CC 253(1)(B) Exceed 80 milligrams
He appeared in court last Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Ivall’s next court date is May 30, 2011 at 9:30am in Fort Frances (to set a date for trial or dispose).
He was released from custody through a bail hearing and is currently on an undertaking. As part of the undertaking he has conditions including a firearm prohibition.
