Riverside CEO, Wayne Woods, to retire

On behalf of Riverside Health Care Facilities Inc., the Board of Directors would like to announce the retirement of President and Chief Executive Officer Wayne Woods, effective March 31, 2012. Upon his departure, Wayne will have dedicated 13 years of service to Riverside.
The Board has retained the services of an Executive Recruitment Firm, Odgers & Berndtson to secure a new CEO for the Corporation. They are confident they will find a successor that will continue to bring growth to Riverside as well as maintaining its vision and mission.
The board would like to publicly thank Mr. Woods for his years of service to Riverside Health Care Facilities and wish him all the best.
