Top 20 young professionals recognized in the region

The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce, NOACC and SHIFT Thunder Bay's Young Professional Network are pleased to announce the Top 20 under 40 who were honoured at the Gala event held at Fort William Historical Park on Saturday, January 21, 2012.
250 people were in attendance at the inaugural event to celebrate the successes of 66 nominees and 20 individual winners who under the age of 40 have made their mark in their communities or professional lives and are considered leaders by many.
Nathan Lawrence, President of SHIFT says "Young Professionals are the future of Northwestern Ontario and it is important to recognize those individuals who are doing great things in our communities. SHIFT is extremely proud of the TOP 20 under 40 Winners and all of the Nominees. Their hard work, volunteer hours and dedication area testament to the immense amount of talent we have in our region."

Macgillivray, Jake Satten, Matt Simeoni. Regional winners Jonah Dupuis from Nipigon; Shy-Anne Hovorka from Nipigon; Sean Irwin from Terrace Bay; Neil McLeod from Dryden; Eric Pietsch from Geraldton and Jon Thompson from Kenora.
