Bowling leagues wrap up

The 2011-12 bowling season is winding down. Three leagues have already crowned their champions.
Ballards II captured the resort league championship last Sunday. They defeated the Splitz team in the season’s final match. The champs are Andy Larson, Nick Dunn, and Justin Johnson.
The Wednesday night Walleye League took extra frames to crown a champion. Splitz defeated Downs of Canada in an exciting final match. The champs are Jim Ney, Roger Nielson, Butch Lund, and Kent Christianson.
The Int’l Mixers completed its inaugural season last Sunday. Gutter Fingers defeated Hit & Miss to claim the league’s first title. Mixer teams consisted of two men and two women. The league had four teams this year and hopes to expand to six next season. The champs are Darin Dahl, Shonna Dahl, Mary Jo Otten, and Jim Otten.
