Police seeking Joshua Enns in connection with robbery

At approximately 10:20 p.m. on April 10th, 2012 the Fort Frances Detachment of the Rainy River District Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), received a report of a robbery in progress at the Safeway Gas Bar located at 417 Scott Street.
Investigation revealed that a male suspect entered the store pointing a handgun and demanded money from the teller. The suspect received an undisclosed amount of money and then fled the store towards Church Street. At the time, he was wearing a white hooded jacket, blue jeans and white running shoes.
The Northwest Region Canine Unit and members of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) conducted an immediate search of the area but were unsuccessful in locating the suspect. Fort Frances OPP with the assistance of the Criminal Investigation Unit continue to investigate.
Officers of the Fort Frances Detachment of the Rainy River District Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continue to investigate an armed robbery that occurred on April 10, 2012 at approximately 10:20 p.m. The suspect attended the Safeway Gas Bar located at 417 Scott Street pointing a handgun and demanded money from the teller. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money the suspect fled from the scene.
The Rainy River District Detachment of the OPP has obtained an arrest warrant for 24 year old Joshua ENNS, of Fort Frances, Ontario. ENNS is identified as a First Nations male with short brown hair, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, 198 pounds, and has an athletic build.
ENNS is considered a risk to public safety. Anyone who may know of the whereabouts of this suspect or who may come into contact with the suspect should not approach them. Instead, contact the police as soon as possible by calling 9-1-1.
The Criminal Investigation Unit with members of the Fort Frances OPP continue to investigate.
