Searching for info. on WWI vets

Dear Editor,
We need the help of our community. Rainy River High School’s Grade 12 English classes and the Legion are researching the names of World War I soldiers on the town’s cenotaph.
There are eight men that we are unable to find any information on. It would be helpful to learn the soldier’s full name, battalion or place of birth.

The names are: Pte. I. Gagnon; Pte. J.N. McInnes; Cadet I. W. Parker; Cpl. A. Volto; Pte. W. Sanderson; Pte A. McKenzie; Pte. R. Burnes and Pte. R. Patterson.
