Joyful moment!

There was alot of jubilation shown once the ribbon was officially cut for River Trails last Wednesday. Committee member and NWHU rep., Heidi Ivall, can be seen cheering at far left as can Mayor Deb Ewald, center, and others as the ribbon was cut and the Trails declared officially opened.
