Rainy River Town Council held their final regular meeting before upcoming elections on Oct. 27, 2014.
Local business owners Wayne McCarthy and Gail Jonassen, attended as a delegation.
The Thrift Store owners were inquiring about purchasing the lot directly south of their store at 316 Fourth St.
