Library to hold annual winter bird count on Dec. 30th

On Tuesday, December 30, the Rainy River Public Library will be sponsoring its second annual Winter’s Here Bird Count.
We’re encouraging observers in the library’s Canadian service area to count the birds and then share the numbers with us.
