Council approves $4.4 million Main St. project

Rainy River's streets may not be paved with gold by summer's end, but Main Street will look pretty darn spiffy!
At the regularly monthly meeting of town council, a motion awarding the Fourth (Main) Street Redevelopment tender to Makkinga Contracting and Equipment Rentals was approved.
