Council to borrow $330,000 for Main St.

By Ken Johnston Editor Rainy River Town Council held their first regular meeting of 2016 Monday with a very light agenda. Council did pass a borrowing bylaw to allow Clerk Vel Vogan to file an application to the Ontario Lands and Infrastructure Corporation to borrow a portion of the final costs of the Main Street project.
