Grass roots solution makes cents!

Attending the Rainy River Cattlemen's Association's annual meeting last Thursday I heard something there that resonated with me at a local level.
The RRCA passed a resolution against the increase of fees it pays to provincial and national organizations. Those fees are paid by cattlemen when they sell cattle.
