Calling for resignation is idiotic

Dear Editor,
I must admit I was really taken aback by Glen Armstrong’s letter in last week’s paper about the Mayor’s vacation.
Firstly, what business do any of us have criticizing anyone going on vacation and who they happen to meet while there?
Secondly, does Glen forget that it was the actions of himself and the last council that led to “ a series of unfortunate events”?
I have every faith in the integrity and leadership qualities of our present mayor and calling for her resignation is idiotic!
Shame on you Glen.
