Planting day is June 7th

Twenty members answered roll call at our May meeting, and it was really nice to see so many of you out. The minutes were read and the financial report given with both being approved as read.
It was reported our candy machine is in need of repair, however at this point we have not been able to get parts required. Goodies are being sold from the tuck shop at the present.
Also there will be a “Planting Day” on June 7th at 1:30 at the hospital. With the help of the long term residents we will plant flowers in the beds and plant holders, and tea and cake afterwards.
The next meeting will be a luncheon on June 4th, at the Gasthaus at noon. The cost is $10.00. Please leave your money and name at Susans Corner Store by May 30th.
