Library to host Harry Potter book release party

You are cordially invited to a book release party in Rainy River at the historic depot on Friday July 20th from 10:00PM to midnight for the seventh and final book in the acclaimed Harry Potter series: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Party-goers are encouraged to dress in costume and bring their magic wands. The evening will be full of magic and entertainment including games, characters from the books, fortune-telling, treats, and a contest to win a copy of the new book.
To enter the contest, imagine how you think the new book will end and describe it in writing, audio, or video. Entries and must be submitted to either the Baudette or Rainy River Public Libraries by July 9th. A panel of three local literary experts will judge the entries. Books and other prizes will be awarded at the book release party.
The Hogwarts Express will deliver the books to Platform nine and three-quarters at The Depot in Rainy River at exactly 12:01 on July 21 and will be distributed by Harry Potter himself.
