Lillian Haddie Podskalny, 98

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of their mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Lillian Haddie Podskalny on Friday, September 21, 2007 at the Rainy River Hospital in Rainy River, Ontario.
Lillian was born on March 20, 1909 in Williams, Minnesota to the late Louis and Elizabeth Neeumiller. She was a long time resident of Rainy River having lived there since 1934. She enjoyed her flower and vegetable gardens. She was a member of Knox United Church in Rainy River. Most of all, her family was her whole life and she was very dedicated to them.
Lillian will be sadly missed by her daughter Janice Fleming of Villa Park, California, her grandchildren Michael (Karen) Fleming of Nibley, Utah, Mi Chelle (Steve) Stewart of Yorba Linda, California, great grandchildren Savanna Hansen and Alexis Stewart as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was united in marriage in 1934 to William Ivan Podskalny who predeceased her on June 10, 1989. She was also predeceased by her parents Louis and Elizabeth Neumiller, 9 brothers, 4 sisters and son-in-law Michael Fleming on August 20, 2007.
A service of remembrance was held on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at the Rainy River Health Centre with Reverend Barbara Miller officiating
