November 9, 2007, The NOTO nature and outdoor tourism convention & AGM is being held in North Bay on November 13 and 14. This year’s convention theme is A Changing Environment – Tools for the Evolving Business of Outdoor Tourism.

This year’s event will feature two high profile keynote addresses, as well as a large number of workshop sessions.

David Prentice from Learning Corp Inc. will be returning to the NOTO convention after more than ten years to share with us his insight on providing exceptional customer service. His presentations always entertain and enlighten. We are pleased to have him back to present his “Supercharged Performance”.

Voyageur Bob Abrames will share his unique travel experiences as a voyageur paddling and portaging across Ontario and remind us of the breathtaking wilderness that our industry builds its reputation on.
