Hosp. Aux. congratulates bursary winner

There were eleven members present for our regular January meeting. President Myrna Armstrong welcomed us all and wished everyone a Happy New Year.
After all regular procedures were taken care of, i.e. reports, financial statements etc., we found there wasn’t much more to do at the present time, so our meeting was quite short.
However, Laureen Hannam for the Bursary committee informed us Kameron Kuzyk was the recipient of our 2007 Bursary, and was mailed a $400.00 cheque. He is attending Lakehead University. Congratulations Kameron.
Also there has been no more information on the joint east-west conferences to be held in Fort Frances in April. Hopefully we hear for the next meeting.
Our next meeting is February 4 at 1:30 at the hospital. See you then.
