Hospital Auxiliary gets ready to plant spring flowers at RR Hosp.

Eighteen members were at our regular May meeting, and we opened with our auxiliary Prayer. Jessie Bodnarchuk read the minutes of the last meeting and Brij McGreevy gave the financial report.
Business from the minutes - The snack machine is here and will be installed. Elsie Gerula and Larry Armstrong will be looking after it for the time being.
Correspondence included a letter from the town re: Seniors month, cards of “Thank You” from Rose Hanson and Brij McGreevy.
Old Business was the Strawberry Social. All angles were covered, the tickets for the Dining tent and $50 gift cert as second prize are on sale now.
Also regarding the Penny Table, anyone donating, please let Brigette McGreevy know by May 13 the item and cost, so she can do the paper work. Her phone # is 852-4404. If no answer leave a message. We need some more items, so be sure to get in touch with Brij.
New Business: included honoring the nurses during nurses week, and also the secretaries will be included. Myrna Armstrong will look after this.
Also we will have a planting day Tuesday, June 10th at the hospital to put all the flowers in.
Our next meeting is a luncheon, June 2. The phoning committee will let you know where, the cost $10.00 and leave it at Susan’s Corner Store by May 29th.
