Bergland church gearing up for 75th anniversary Aug. 30-31, 2008

August 30-31, Trinity Lutheran, Bergland, will celebrate 75 years as a congregation. In the midst of this rapidly changing world, Trinity Lutheran continues to be a place of hope, stability and healing. Trinity is a place where forgiveness is experienced, lives are transformed and both joys and sorrows are shared. The key to these wonders doesn’t lie in the people, but in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Jesus lives and reigns in His people.
Trinity isn’t just a place or an organization. Trinity is a people. It is a vibrant community. Over the years some members have moved on into the Church Triumphant. Others have moved out of the area. Friends, neighbours, all former and present members are invited to share in parts or all of the celebration that begins on Saturday, August 30 and concludes on that Sunday with breakfast, joyous worship and lunch.
