Pumpkin run was a 'smashing' good time!

The second annual 5K run/walk, now dubbed “The Smashing Pumpkin Run,” was held to kick off the 14th annual Rainy River Giant Pumpkin Festival Saturday.
There were 21 participants and the race was started by Jeff Fraser who threw a pumpkin up in the air and let it smash on Government Road to start the run this year.
