RR gets $310,000 for local projects

News Release

Residents of Rainy River, Fort Frances, Emo, La Vallee, Alberton, Morley and Dawson will benefit from federal and provincial infrastructure funding, announced today by Greg Rickford, MP Kenora and Michael Gravelle, Thunder Bay-Superior North MPP and Minister of Northern Development and Mines. This funding is just one more example of both governments’ commitment to stimulating the Ontario economy through the creation of jobs in our communities.
These projects will improve transportation efficiency, support a healthier environment and enhance local facilities, services and create local jobs. Please see attached backgrounder for complete list of projects and funding allocations.
