Choir entertains Senior Friendship Group

On Wednesday October 16, 02 sixteen members met at the depot for fun and fellowship.

Our guests today were Maria Laewen and family and friends, a choir of ten, children, teens and mom’s and what a joy to listen to their beautiful voices singing favourite hymns and selections, a couple readings, and a duet by the two tiny gals was so precious.

They stayed and had lunch with us and we were all able to visit together and get to know each other, thanks “gals” and do come again to visit.
Darlene had made a nice pumpkin dessert, which went over well with cookies and muffins. Thanks gals. Thanks Larry and Myrna for chauffeuring our group today.

Next Wednesday Oct 23rd is Depression Screening Day for the Seniors, Don’t let the title scare you, read the flyers they are very enlightening, and important you attend, time 1-3 p.m and even lunch!!
