CN Hotel expands kitchen services to the park for the summer

Are there two CN Hotels in Rainy River? No there isn’t but the CN Hotel has expanded its business so to speak for the summer.
The hotel which has become well known for its expanded menu in the past year or so, has decided to offer some of those same fixins at Hannam Park. About the only well know item they are not offering at the park is their famous chicken wings. They are still available for dine in or take out at the Hotel.
They are running the concession stand at the park this summer and are offering a fairly big menu including burgers, deep-fried foods, salads and other goodies like hard ice cream.
They are also looking after the kids’ pool as well as the campgrounds and washrooms at the park. While the town makes the money from the campgrounds, the hotel is operating the concessions as a business and makes the money there.
They have offered some specials already and hope to do some more in the weeks to come. Watch for advertising in the Record next week to see an upcoming special.
The CN Hotel said they are hoping to offer sub sandwiches there this week and are looking at rainy day specials.
They are calling it CN at the Park and are open seven days a week.
