Beginning November 10, 2014, Amer Mumtaz became the Branch Manager.

Anna van Leeuwen (nee Wiersema) passed away peacefully on Sunday November 23, 2014 at HSC in Winnipeg after a long courageous battle with cancer. Anna is survived by her children, Tom (Liz), Annette (Dave), Florence (Guy), Joyce, and Jim; grandchildren, Erin, Jason, Joyce, Laura, Tristan, Kaitlin, Starr, Stephanie, Natasha, Santana, Patrice, Brittney, James, and fourteen great grandchildren.
She leaves to mourn brothers, John, Archie, Corrie, Eltjo, Henry, and sisters Annie, Bertha, Lottie, Anneke and their families.

The Christmas cactus is usually available this time of year and makes a great holiday gift or a nice houseplant for yourself.

I like the lights of the Christmas season. I enjoy the variety of styles that people use to decorate their yards. I hope that we have enough snow to cover the leaves and brown grass, but not too much to bury the lights in the yard.
