Old fashioned Christmas is Dec. 14th

This yearly popular Christmas event is Sat., Dec. 14, 10:00 - 3:00 at the Baudette Train Depot.
Come and enjoy the smell of popcorn, the laughter and smiles of the kids greeting Santa while looking over which tasty Christmas Cookies and Candy you want to take home with you! And of course don’t forget the most popular area---the Lefse baking and sale! Come early if you would like to purchase lefse!
You will be greeted at the door with hot cider, coffee and treats compliments of the Depot Preservation Alliance.
This year will be the year for the “Kids Christmas Corner”. There will be crafts for kids to make and take home plus decorate the kids Christmas tree. Two trains are set up for their enjoyment. From 11:30 - 1:00 Santa will be listening to what they would like for Christmas! Don’t forget to bring your camera.
There will be Christmas candy, cookies and Lefse for sale that you won’t want to miss! You will also be able to purchase Railroad whistles, shirts, cards, mugs, etc. to add to your Christmas “goodie” bag.
At 1:30 the local singing group “Half Past Twelve” will be singing their favorite Christmas songs off their new CD for everyone to enjoy. You won’t want to miss this wonderful new feature during your Old Fashioned Christmas experience at the Depot this year.
The drawing for door prizes for kids and adults, a 50/50 drawing plus the Big Fundraiser for $500.00, $250,00 or $100.00 will be held at 2:45. You need not be present to win.
