Life without pit stick

Have you ever gone on a trip and when you got there realized you had forgotten something?
Well that happened to me on the weekend when I went to Winnipeg.
No I did not forget the underwear, or the toothpaste. I forgot my deodorant.
No big deal right... just go buy some at the local store.
Well that is wrong. I have not been able to find the type of deodorant I have used for the past 20 years anywhere in stores in Canada for about the past seven years.
The last time I saw it was seven years ago at a pharmacy in Fort Frances.
I don’t know if it did not sell well or what. But I have no luck with other types of the stuff. I get an allergic reaction to other types, especially any with perfumes in them.
So whenever I am down Bemidji way I buy it in bulk and am usually good to go for the rest of the year.
So what to do? I was lucky I was busy doing carpentry work in the early parts of the days there and then would shower before we did anything fun. So fortunately no one noticed I was not wearing any underarm charm.
It was great to get home Sunday and wash the pits and stick it to them.
