Nearly 600 lbs. lost in RR and Bergland!

Wow!!!! 425 lbs loss in Rainy River and 167.6 lbs loss in Bergland since we started in September. Those are some stunning numbers.
This week we will look more closely at what we are doing and start thinking about what will be next. The program runs over 12 weeks and we are getting close to the end. Next week we will provide each group with their weight loss so far. Pat and Nicole will meet and establish the grand prize for December 5th.
The Rainy River Biggest Loser was Melissa Venables who lost a total of 5 lbs this week. The door prize was also won by Melissa and she chose a gift certificate donated by Melanie Foot Care& Reflexology. Well done Melissa! Her fruit basket was prepared by Susan’s Store in Rainy River. Twenty six participants weighed in for a loss of 56.5 lbs and a weight gained of 10.5 lbs making our net loss 45 lbs. Great!!!! The door prize winner of last week Lainie Carpenter took a shirt donated by CIBC.
In Bergland Linda Kreger was our Biggest Loser with a 5.2 lbs loss, congratulations Linda! Her fruit basket was prepared by Peterson’s Store in Bergland. The winner of the door prize last week Ruth Brett chose a gift provided by the Nurse Practitioner program in Rainy River. Lily Anderson received the door prize this week and she had chosen the credit union mug as well as a shirt from B93fm. Eighteen participants weighed in for a loss of 25.6 lbs and a weight gain of 7.1 lbs making a net gain of 18.5 lbs.
