Hymn sing a big success

The McInnes Creek Chapel held their monthly meeting on October 28th. 16 members were present and 3 cards were signed. Thank you Gordie for taking care of this so well, as usual. The minutes were read by Carol and the financial report was given by Vivian.
The hymn sing on October 1st was a success.
There was some black dirt left after the work on the graves was done. We can use that the next time.
The ramp is coming along. We had to wait for some material, but there should be no problem to finish it before the Christmas supper on December 2nd.
The Public Liability for the Chapel is a concern. We are still looking for an insurance for this.
This year again the Chapel will lay a wreath on November 11th.
Our next meeting will be on November 19th instead of the last Sunday of the month, so that we can then plan the details for the Christmas supper.
