Biggest Losers keep on losing!

Halloween did not stop many coming and weighing-in at Rainy River last week. The enthusiasm has remained and is spreading to friends and family. The weigh and go night did not offer much time to talk but every one was reminded to keep the good work.
Rainy River saw a tie again this week between John Swentik and April Trenchard who each lost 5 lbs. Great job John and April! Each received a fruit basket from Beaver Mills and Susan’s Corner Store. The door prize went to Ada Hershberger who chose a gift donated by Sheila and Maureen from the Gillons’ Insurance. Twenty-nine participants weighed-in for a total of 36.5 lost lbs and a 3 lbs gain making a net loss of 33.5 lbs.
In Bergland, Pat Stoyka weighed 13 members of her group for a weight loss of 23.6 lbs and a gain of 2.6 lbs making a total loss of 21 lbs !!!! Elsa Miller chose a gift donated by Sheila and Maureen from Gillons’ Insurance and Pat Stoyka was our biggest loser with a 6 lbs loss this week. Pat stated that she concentrated on portion sizes and healthy food choices and increased her activity. She was the recipient of the fruit basket provided by the Peterson Store in Bergland.
