That slogan has been used by Smokey the Bear for generations and I remember Smokey and game wardens coming to our school as a kid to preach the practise of being smart with fire. Donna Mae Milliard, 81 of Baudette, MN entered peacefully into God’s loving hands Sunday, April 10th, 2016 at St. Mary’s hospital, Rochester, MN after a long battle with heart failure.
