Each year the budget process at the federal level consists of two very different parts – the budget speech, and the budget bill. One is the propaganda and one is the nuts and bolts. We’ve already heard the propaganda portion, and we are now debating the nuts and bolts – Bill C-9.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the all too sudden passing of Travis Jordan Mykytyn, 20, of Lorette, MB, on March 27th, 2010 in Winnipeg, MB.

Mary Ann Caul, 60

On Thursday, March 25, 2010, Mary Ann Caul of Mine Centre, passed away peacefully in her home, at the age of 60. Mary was born December 9, 1949 and was the fourth child of ten, born to Fred and Vivian Hartnell of Rainy River.
Mary grew up in the township of Blue with her parents and nine siblings: Carol (Hugh) Clifford, Emily Duggan, Eleanor (Archie) Wiersema, Phyllis (Ralph) Angus, Everett (Laurie) Hartnell, Doug (Sandy) Hartnell, Jamie (Dorothy) Hartnell, Cindy Mowe (predeceased), and Donna (Paul) Heyens.
