What a delight it is to see the beautiful flower baskets hanging on Main Street and on the highway! Also the planters and flower beds around the town.

Letter to the editor,

When I am building or making repairs at the lake, I like to have more materials or parts than I will ever expect to need. With careful planning, laying out plumbing or electrical parts before heading to the lake, can usually insure that the project will be completed.

We are such a superstitious bunch (myself included)!
As the weather forecasters told us of an impending heat wave beginning Tues and running most of the week, people everywhere held their breath.
