Having recently battled many health complications; Clifford Tuesday, age 60, of Anishinaabeg of Naongashiing, passed away on Tuesday May 31, 2011 at the LaVerendrye General Hospital surrounded by family.
He was loved and raised by his Grandmother Anne Morrison and he always cherished that time in his life.  His traditional upbringing included time spent with his Aunts and Uncles.

Peacefully at Alexander Place, Waterdown on Saturday, May 14, 2011, with her family at her side. 
Predeceased by her husband of 41 years, Marcel (1982) , and eldest daughter Margaruite (2001). 

Roy Emanuel Pearson age 76 of Rainy River Long Term Care, formerly of 102 First St. Rainy River, Ontario, passed away at his residence on Sunday, May 15, 2011 with his family by his side.

Shawn James McDonald, of Stratton, Ont., passed away tragically at the age of 42 as a result of a workplace accident on Thursday, April 28, 2011.

Iris Corinne McQuaker passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at her residence in Rainy River Health Centre. She was born on April 27, 1925 at Stratton, Ontario to Harold and Elizabeth Pearson.

Unexpectedly on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at the Winnipeg Health Science Centre, Irene Blanche Neddo (nee Nault) of Rainy River, Ontario passed at the age of 74.

In loving memory of CARRIE ELIZABETH FLOVICK-BRANNAN age 96 years who passed away at her residence in Princess Court Long Term Care Home on Monday, March 28th with her family by her side.

William Conrad “Con” Sharp, age 84 years, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at LaVerendrye General hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Con was born on October 28, 1926 in Stratton to Theresa and Dave Sharp. He lived, worked and stayed in Northwestern Ontario his entire life.

It is with great sadness that the family of Stacey Galarneau announces her sudden passing at the age of 46 years. Stacey is survived by her common-law husband Mike Desrosier, grandmother Ki Dryden, three brothers, Ward, Mark (Candace) and Robert (Kim) and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Stacey was predeceased be her parents Rose and Louis. A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 12 at the St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Edmonton, Alberta. A private family interment will be held at a later date.

Christina Elizabeth Noga passed away on March 8, 2011. The oldest child of Emmanuel and Myrtle Nelson, she was born on October 27, 1931 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Christina was the eldest of ten children. She attended school in Bergland, Ontario which was taught by her Aunt Jessie. She went back to school in her late 40’s and received a certificate of graduation while her daughter, Lillian was still in high school. As the eldest of the family, she took on many responsibilities including raising her youngest sister when their mother passed away.
