Owls have busy week at OFSSAs and hosting soccer

RRHS Owls' Senior, Skylar Arpin travelled to Markham, Ontario last Thursday to compete in the All Ontario Championships (OFSAA) in badminton.

Doris Ruth Holt (nee Kreger), 75

Doris Ruth (Kreger) Holt passed away in Winnipeg on Sunday April 21, 2013. She was the eldest child of Gladys and John Kreger of Harris Hill, Ontario. Doris was born in Rainy River on January 29, 1938. She attended the one room school house Spohn# 2 and then went to Rainy River High School for her high school education. She later attended Success Commercial College in Winnipeg for training in commercial subjects. While living in Winnipeg she met her future husband Gault Hamilton Holt. They were married in Winnipeg on June 25, 1959.

Eleanor "Tiny" Sonstegard, 77

Eleanor “Tiny” Sonstegard of Baudette, MN passed away on April 22, 2013 at the LakeWood Health Center at the age of 77.
