Most people haven’t ever had any contact with these insects and there are quite a few myths about them, so here are a few facts.
They are pesky little creatures, only about 1/10 of an inch long. This alone makes them rather hard to find. There are three major types which live on man. The head louse and the body louse are so closely related that most biologists believe that they are variations of the same species. The third one is the crab louse, which is a different animal altogether and lives among the pubic hairs.

During the month of June, we recognize and value the contributions made by seniors every day in communities all across our riding. We all appreciate the enormous debt that is owed to seniors throughout Canada. It was these generations that helped to build our country.

Will the Canadian dollar be worth more than it’s US counterpart in the near future?
Economists are predicting that it will in fact be at par with it within the next few months and some are even predicting it will be worth as much as $1.05 by year’s end.

It is amazing how much a person can get done on the weekend.
After returning home from Winnipeg on Friday with my Uncle Bob and Auntie Linda, the planning process began Friday evening.
Plans for a great many jobs were tossed around, but in the end several big jobs were selected.

Excellence in Education includes more than reading, writing, and arithmetic. Just take a look at Our Lady of the Way Elementary School in Stratton.
Recently the Ontario Ministry of Education has singled out 15 schools in Ontario that have excelled at keeping their students active, fit, and physically as well as mentally challenged and stimulated. The Ministry is so impressed they are sending a consulting firm to those schools to determine just how they do it.
