On Sunday, December 21st, 2003 Alice Kellar passed away peacefully at her home in Kenora with her family be her side. Mom was born September 3, 1923 in Wabigoon. She lived most of her life in the Rainy River District, moving to Kenora in May of 2003 to be closer to her family.

It’s with great sadness that the family of Vernon Manford Wrolstad must announce the passing of their husband, Dad, stepfather, and grandfather on Saturday December 20, 2003 at the Rainy River Health Centre after a courageous battle with cancer.

Lloyd James Hodges 81 of Rainy River, Ontario passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2003 at the Rainy River Hospital in Rainy River. He was born on September 1, 1922 in Rainy River, Ontario to the late Charles and Magna Hodges.

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden tragic passing of Henry Casper Jensson on November 23, 2003. He was 75 years old. His dog Rex, his best companion, died by his side.

Howard Gordon McKenzie, age 80, of Dawson Township, Ontario passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 27, 2003 at the Rainy River Hospital in Rainy River, Ontario.
