“You can’t wear those shorts! They’re filthy and we have guests coming for supper.” Pronounced my wife. I had to agree with her that they were a bit dirty. After all a huge northern had dripped some blood on them and I had rubbed my slimy hands on them after releasing the fish back into the water.
Our guests were our next-door neighbors at the island. But we were at the cabin and we were not worried about being fashionestas.

As we near the end of June, many students from across the region are preparing to celebrate their graduation.

No I am not listening to my wrist-watch, but rather referring to the scourge that seems to be everywhere this year.

Jim passed away peacefully on June 9, 2013 at the Rainy River Health Care Facility surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held on Monday June 17, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. from the Evangelical Covenant Church in Rainy River. Arrangements entrusted to Northridge Funeral Home.
